The hotel is super close to the train station, which made getting around the city a breeze! I loved that there's a market just across the street with fresh food. the vibe in the morning at the restaurant was great, and the free pajamas were a fun touch!
The room was pretty cramped, and there wasn't even a hook to hang my towel! Plus, the staff seemed a bit confused about our cleaning requests—some things were missed. The sign outside was also small and hard to spot at night. not the best experience.

Very-very nice staff, comfortable and great location close to main stations. Just next door to the train station, shopping area and convenience store.
Beds were too soft.

Our favourite, nice budget hotel in Nagoya with friendly and amazingly friendly staff. Location adjacent to Nagoya Station and shopping area. Also, close to main stations. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television in the room.

the hotel features a sleek, modern design and was impeccably clean throughout our stay. our room was surprisingly spacious for a hotel in this area and had a very comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and efficient, speaking english at check-in, which made things easy. we were just a short walk from multiple transport options and even enjoyed a lovely dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which was much better than expected!
Nothing, all great! 😊.

The room is absoutely tiny, barely space for my luggage, not to mention the shower opening right into the bedroom, what a layout! I expected a special upgrade, considering all my needs, but they acted like i was just another guest. I almost wrote a good review, but i just couldn't.

I seriously struggled with the slow elevator. There were three, but it felt like only one was working half the time. It was such a hassle waiting, especially after long days out. Definitely frustrating!

Review: The hotel boasts a modern design and the room was equipped with thoughtful amenities, such as multiple power outlets and built-in USB ports. While the location is convenient, it would've been better with a luggage storage room for busy times. this place has its appeal, especially with friendly staff and neat surroundings. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-04-15}

Conveniently designed for a small space.
The room's layout felt cramped, leaving little space for luggage. The shower's direct access to the bedroom lacked privacy, and there was no dedicated changing area.
